IAI Heron TP / Eitan

The Heron TP ("Eitan" in IDF service, "steadfast") is a large MALE/HALE UAV — 26 m wingspan, ~5,300 kg, ceiling 14,000 m, endurance 36 hours — built around a Pratt & Whitney PT6A-67A turboprop. It is comparable to the Reaper in role but clearly larger and with a greater fuel/sensor payload. A distinguishing feature is the "blunt-nose" radome housing a large synthetic aperture radar, plus dual-redundant datalink arrays improving anti-jam properties — critical for missions over Iran, Lebanon and Gaza.
