Operating principle

The Lancet-3 (Изделие-52, "Item-52") is Russia's answer to the Switchblade and Harop, and according to RUSI and CSIS analyses the most effective Russian loitering munition in Ukraine. Configuration: dual X wings (one front pair, one rear pair offset by 90° — "double-X"), electric motor with propeller, weight ~12 kg, range 40–70 km (Lancet-3M up to 80–90 km), warhead 3 kg. Launched from a tripod launcher or a truck.
