DIRCM (Directed InfraRed Countermeasures) are laser systems that decoy incoming IR-guided missiles by confusing or "blinding" the IR seeker. Elbit's J-MUSIC is fitted to virtually every Boeing 747 and helicopter of El Al and the Israeli Air Force; exported to the US, European carriers, Brazil. SkyShield is IAI's commercial variant.
